If you cannot use the supplied files, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help or provide a refund. This is the same file-help promise included with the product. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
How to reach us
Email support@venturestudioinc.com with the product name, purchase date, order email and a short description of the problem. A screenshot or error message can help. Do not include card numbers or passwords.
What happens next
We will review the issue and help with access, missing files or a usable replacement, or arrange an appropriate refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears; we do not promise a bank processing time.
